Libby Sara, Flo Irvine, Stan Irvine, Laurel Power, David Biggens
Arranged by Libby Sara 1989

Members of the Choir wrote this song collaboratively with the musical director,
Libby Sara. It is the Choir's theme song which they have been singing for twentytwo
years.

We sing for the union movement
We sing for one and all
Workers from all unions
Unions big and small
We're proud of the union movement
And its struggles through the years
All it's done for workers is worth the sweat and tears.

Chorus

A movement that sings
A movement that sings
A movement that sings
Will never die

We sing for union causes
We sing for black and white
We sing for peace and justice
And democratic rights
We celebrate together
The victories we have won
The strength we have in unions
We celebrate in song.
